Location Constraints: Services are strictly limited to on-campus locations. Any specific spots (e.g., library, stadium, specific quads) must be agreed upon at the time of booking.
No Studio Service for this event: This is a campus shoot; therefore, no indoor studio shoots or backdrops are provided.
Permit Responsibility: If a specific campus building requires a permit or reservation fee for photography, this cost is the responsibility of the client.

Full Payment Required: To secure your date and time on the calendar, 100% of the session fee is due upfront. No dates are "held" without payment.
Secure Checkout: Payments are processed via Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, or Klarna , and a confirmation email will serve as your official booking receipt.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time are eligible for a 50% refund only.
Same-day rescheduling will be granted if time slots are available.
Rescheduling for a different day will not be possible.

We allow a 15-minute grace period. However, any time lost due to late arrival will be deducted from your total session time.
Arrivals more than 40 minutes late will be considered a "no-show," the shoot will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Kyrios retains the copyright to all images created during the session.
Upon delivery, the client is granted a Personal Use License. This means you can print the photos and post them on personal social media.
Images may not be sold to third parties or used for commercial advertising without prior written consent and a separate licensing fee.
Kyrios reserves the right to use the images for portfolio, social media marketing, or website promotion. (Note: If you'd like to opt-out of this for privacy, please let us know).
